How do I place an order?

You may order any product online from our website. Select the desired fabric, monogram if available, size and quantity and add the item(s) to your online shopping cart. You may also place an order by phone. Please call 504-905-8005 Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST to place an order.

 

 

Ordering Confirmation

You will receive two (2) email confirmations from us after placing your order online. The first email will confirm the receipt of your order. The second email will be sent with the delivery tracking number for online tracking.

 

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

All orders placed online or by phone must be paid with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Your payment will be processed upon receipt of your order due to the custom nature of the items.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

What shipping options are available?

Regular domestic shipping charges for all orders is $8.00. All items are shipped via USPS to arrive within 3 days once processed and shipped from our facility. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping email notification with a tracking number to the email address provided at the time of the order.

Since all of our garments are custom-made, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays.

 

 

What is Seraphina's return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it with your packing slip and a completed Return Form within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If your return/exchange arrives to us outside of our prescribed 30 days the package will be sent back to you unable to be processed.  Please call us will any questions 504-905-8005.

Please order carefully as MASKS, MONOGRAMMED, SALE, OR NAME APPLIQUED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.

 

 

How is sales tax charged?

Online and phone orders delivered to addresses in Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

 

Where are Seraphina garments manufactured?

We are proud that all of our products are made here in Texas. All of our custom garments begin and end at our facility. In the middle, they go out to a select group of  women who sew in their homes. These skilled seamstresses take the garments home, put them together and bring them back to us for final assembly before shipping. You can feel proud that you are supporting an American-made product!

What is your privacy policy?

Seraphina values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. We do NOT share your information with anyone.


 

What is your security policy?

We use industry-standard encryption methods to transmit your personal registration information from your computer to ours across the internet. To use this protection technology, you need to have an SSL-capable browser. Please remember that you play an important role in security as well. Please do not share your password with anyone and your password should be changed frequent. Also, please remember to log off after using our site and exit your browser so no unauthorized persons can use our site with your name and account information.

 

 

Secure Online Ordering

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the personal information that you share with us is safe and secure. We do not hold your credit card details on the website or on our customer database. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, we make no warranty in respect to the strength and effect of the encryption of data and we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage you may suffer from events arising from misuse or unauthorized access to or use of any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website. If you do not wish to pay by credit card online, please call us at 504-905-8005 to place an order by phone.

 

 

Do you offer monogramming?

Monograms are available for certain products. Any item that may be monogrammed will display our monogram symbol, a quatrefoil with an M in the middle. If monograms are not listed for a product, then it can not be monogrammed. When ordering monograms, be sure to clearly enter your name or initials in the space provided. Three letter initials should be entered in the order of first, middle, last name. Please remember that embroidered or monogrammed items cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is defective.

  • Machine Wash Cold, Gently Cycle

  • Tumble Dry Low or Line Dry

  • Warm Iron as Needed

  • (Expect 2-3% Shrinkage)

 

Mask Care:

  • Machine Wash Hot

  • Tumble Dry High

  • Warm Iron as Needed

 

 

Coupons and Promotions

Coupons and promotional discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases and other exclusions may apply. You may use a promotional discount more than once, until the expiration date. Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order.

Although every effort has been made to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the display of colors of the products will depend on the computer monitor of the user. Seraphina cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately display the actual colors of the products. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability at any time without prior notice.
